Visa Services / Letters of invitation (LOI)

Most foreign travellers to Azerbaijan require a visa. Although tourist visa can be obtained at Baku airport without presentation of any additional documentation for stays of up to 7 days, it is recommendable to arrange for the visa prior to departure in particular for overland travel. Azeri visa are no longer available at Baku's Sea-Port.
Most Consulates issue visa for citizen of western countries without requesting an invitation.

If the EMbassy shoudl insist on invitations or hotel booking confirmations STANTOURS can provide you with a visa support letter for Azerbaijan for a visit of up to 30 days against a fee of USD 30 per person. Issuance of the invitation letter usually takes 2..3 working days.

All Visas are applicable at the Azeri Consulate nearest to your residential address.

The fee for the Visa Support Letter is payable to us in advance by bank transfer or credit card.

Actual visa fees are payable at the Azeri Consulate and largely depend on the period they are issued for.
